Pikime (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides homemade food pickup, office meal delivery, catering delivery, and freelance rider earning opportunities. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Services

Pikime offers two types of services:

• Homemade Food Pickup: We pick up food cooked by your family and deliver it to your workplace or destination.
• Homemade Meal Ordering: Users can order meals prepared by verified home-style caterers.

We also provide a platform for freelance riders (“delivery partners”) to earn money by delivering orders.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Pikime, you agree:

• Not to misuse the platform or create fake orders.
• To provide correct delivery information.
• To ensure your homemade food is safe and well-packed if using pickup service.
• To pay for orders on time if using subscription or weekly payment.

4. Caterer Responsibilities

Caterers providing meals through Pikime agree to:

• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Provide correct menu details.
• Prepare food on time.

5. Delivery Partner (Rider) Responsibilities

Freelance riders agree to:

• Deliver food safely and respectfully.
• Maintain a polite and professional attitude.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Not misuse customer information.
• Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.

6. Payments & Fees

Service charges, delivery fees, subscriptions, and rider payouts are subject to change with prior notice. Pikime may deduct service charges from caterers or riders based on the chosen plan.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Meal orders may not be refunded once preparation begins.
• Pickup service fees are non-refundable after pickup is done.
• Riders will not be paid for cancelled or fraudulent orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pikime is a platform connecting customers, caterers, and riders. We are not responsible for food quality prepared by third-party caterers or delays caused by traffic, weather, or unavoidable issues.

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend users, caterers, or riders involved in misuse, fraud, harassment, or policy violations.

10. Changes to Terms

Pikime may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
